Simone Biles
Simone Biles (born on March 14, 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast considered one the sport's most outstanding athletes. The 2016 Olympics were held at Rio de Janeiro and Biles became one of the U.S.'s the first gymnast of female gender ever to be awarded four gold medals. She also won the world championship for all-around three times consecutively (2013-15). Biles lived within Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after she and her sister Adria received adoption by grandparents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone was first introduced to the sport by her daycare teacher Aimee Borman, when she was six years old. She was a student at Bannon's Gymnastix for 11 years. Biles was a winner in the floor and vault exercises at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships before moving up to the elite competition level in 2011. Less than two years later she was the most dominant athlete in the field. Biles's consistency, her exuberant nature and high degree of effort for her four eventsvault uneven bars, balance beam floor exercise and floor exercise -- set her above the others.
